I get mail from a certain organization because I want to get mail from that place (due to my life membership in their organization). For some reason, anytime I get an email from this organization, it gets put into my junk folder. Oddly, when I highlight the email and right click and select "Mark" I am given the options to mark as "Unread" or as "Junk" but there is no option to mark as "Not Junk".

Is there a way to tell "Mail" program not to make email from this organization as "junk"?

Oh by the way, I just noticed this also: In my Preferences for Mail, under the "Junk Mail" tab, I have "Mark as junk mail, but leave it in my Inbox" checked, but the item "Move it to the Junk mailbox" is unchecked, yet this mail form this organization still gets put into the junk folder.
