I brought a 1TB SSHD quite cheaply off someone. It's a 2.5" Seagate Firecuda 1TB HDD with 8GB SSHD cache. This model:

Putting it in a USB3 enclosure and running Black Magic on it returns around 130MB/s. That's fine, but I want to test the 8GB cache speed. How do I do that?
My MBA internal SSD tests at about 400MB/s so the capacity is there. Online reviews of the SSHD mention the cache runs at about 400MB/s too so that's what I'm hoping to see.
To be fair, the seller warned the SSHD / cache could be broken, not sure if that's possible without having the whole SSHD be broken.
