How To Track My Apple iPhone 6+ Order

So I was lucky enough to get my iPhone 6 Plus with a guaranteed delivery date go 9/19...

I ordered a case with it and I've been tracking that for days, it arrives on Friday. When I go to Apple.com it shows my order as "Preparing for Shipment".

Is there anyway for me to manually track it using my order number or address?
