Hi all!

Received yesterday an email stating my new MBP was shipped!
Yet, at apple site I have no track my order button.
I received reference number, but on TNT site it does not output any valid result...

According to Apple Support, I get my tracking number at the moment my MBP arrives at Arnhem Hub, from China.
But until then I cannot track it...

Anyone in europe, in the same situation has been able to track his MBP?

Regards

It will probably take a day or more for it to show up.

Also make sure you tick the track by reference number field (not consigment) on the TNT website.

Same here, mine shipped yesterday and I can't track it yet. I think it shouldn't take more than 2 days to go from China to Netherlands, so I am expecting to get some information by tomorrow or friday and if I don't get any I'm calling Apple on friday.

I am in the same situation. Well, maybe not exactly the same because my MBP is BTO.
But I can see some tracking (or at least package merging info as mi order is "merge in transit NL") in the Flextronics Logistic web:
https://www.iec-logistics.com/apps/tracktrace/trk_tracking.asp
It only works with IE as browser :(
Region: Europe
Tracking Reference: the number like 80* that Apple gives you
Customer Reference: APP
It shows me some info about one package (I suppose is the Tech-Air bag I have also bought) that is in Netherlands, but still no info about the MBP travel between China(?) and Netherlands..

I am in the same situation as you.
The MBP comes from Shanghai, but you can't track that.
They are going to put it together in Venray (Flextronics) and then ship it to you with UPS or TNT :)
That is what apple told me today when i called them
My MBP was send saturday, sunday or monday, dont know for sure but he told me to expect it today or tomorrow in Venray @ Flextronics.

So think you can expect to have an tracking number tomorrow or something to :)

It seems some accurate info, thanks for your help :). It's a pity because some years ago I could track shipping just from Shanghai with the apecode/appletrack web, but it doesn't work anymore :(
I expect it to arrive Venray by the end of this week or the start of the next one... I'm excited!

Finally!

Using the Apple reference number I am able to track it on TNT site!

It left Shangai today!

It'll be a looooooong wait....
