How to transfer bookmarks/ iTunes/ Files?

Is there a way to easily transfer the above directly across from my old 2007 macbook to new 2011 MacbookPro? I have no external hard drive, only my iPhone.

OK Thanks. It has been transferring for the last 3-4 hours? How long will this take? Is this an overnight jobbie or has something gone wrong? No time given.
