I have a Macbook split into two user accounts. My gf got a pro so I am taking over this Macbook, I have iWeb files on both user accounts. I have put the Domain file of each iWeb onto a USB drive, is there anyway I can combine them so they are all on 1 iWeb instead of me opening a certain domain file to work on certain sites?

No, iWeb uses a proprietary file format that is closed and the application itself is not designed to work with multiple domain files. The only way to merge the two is to manually make the changes.
