How to transfer messages from one computer to another?

So unfortunately, iMessage doesn't seem to have transferred all my messages (notably text messages) from my old computer (also on Mojave) via iCloud.

Does anyone know which files to copy and how will that screw up iCloud sync?

OR can I copy them from my phone?
