How to transfer my Dashboard-widget Stickies notes to new Mac?

Copying the following Prefs files (before launching Dashboard for the first time after login) does NOT transfer my notes:

com.apple.dashboard.plist

widget-com.apple.widget.stickies.plist (I can see that this file contains all my Sticky text)

Can it be done without manually copying and pasting?

OK... that DID work... it just took a while! Maybe more than one logout/in?

FYI, that transfers ALL your widgets, placement, etc., it doesn't JUST transfer stickies. So any other widgets you had open will be gone, replaced by what you're moving.

Which is fine for me, but be warned.

(Transferring JUST the stickies pref file was not enough.)
