So I have a bunch of stuff on my iPhone 8 that I would like to transfer over to my new iPhone 11...a lot of these things are not in the cloud and I don't want to lose them. I used to always use iTunes to transfer over stuff/files to newer iPhones, but I just read that iTunes doesn't work anymore...for instance, all my ringtones I've gathered over the years. There used to be a tab in iTunes to transfer, now I don't see that anymore.

Is my only option to use a free online tool like EaseUS MobiMover or iMazing?

I haven't been up to date with iOS or iTunes for a long time now, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you open to using iCloud ? $3/month 200GB

When you have photos and files you need to preserve two backup methods are an excellent idea, not the same method.

If you are using or still have a Mac system with 10.14 then iTunes is still there. Or Windows.

iOS 13 - haven't tried yet but I do use SDXC on external devices - if both phones are on 13. And of course then copy to your Mac.

With Google Photos you can keep photos in original size and format ($20/year 100GB). Not to transfer but for safe keeping. And so you have current copies on both at all times.
