iPhone How to transfer ringtone from old SE to new SE - iOS 13.4.1

Seems kind of asinine that this isn't immediately obvious but...

I put a custom ringtone on my old SE a year or two ago. At the time I used iTunes to sync it to the phone.

On Catalina, iTunes no longer exists and connecting via the new Finder sync doesn't expose Tones anywhere in the UI.

I tried using GarageBand on the old phone to locate the tone and copy but it doesn't show up in the file browser there either.

Any suggestions?

for anyone else with a similar issue - was able to browse and find it on the device using

iFunbox | the File and App Management Tool for iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch.
