I have some text on PC, I want to copy it onto my iPad so that I can read it with my iPad

They are not in Doc or PDF or anything similar, they are just simply some text I see from the web that I am interested in but I don't want to type it into iPad by myself. And it's stupid isn't it?

The biggest problem is that I don't have WIFI or cellular environment for my iPad, all I have is a windows based PC, USB cable, and iTunes.

I find it so difficult to just fulfill this simple request when I 've been searching for it on the web for couples of hours.

Could anyone please show me the simplest way to do so....

Take a photo of it? It's not exactly a simple request, especially when you don't have access to Internet.

Save the page in your pc. Use an app like documents and save the page there with a third party manager like itools.
