I know I can email/airdrop recordings from the voice memos app individually, but I'm looking for a way to transfer ALL of my recordings onto my computer at once. Doing it one by one would take many hours, as I have a lot of recordings, and I'd like to get them safe on my computer, and also not taking up space on my phone any longer. Can anyone explain? I think there's a way to "sync" with iTunes, but I'd rather MOVE them, not keep them synced and taking up space on both my phone and computer, but I admit I might be misunderstanding the sync option. Thank you!

I use sync option to sync recordings to Mac and then remove them from both iTunes library and iPhone to save space.

As @Shirasaki posted, sync with your iTunes then remove from library and place elsewhere.

Or if you have Dropbox/Box, upload to cloud then download to computer.

I've actually never synced music before in iTunes (always just manually managed my iPod, and I never put any music on my various iPhones, since I had an iPod), so I'm a little nervous how to set that up. Can I do "manually manage music" and still sync the voice memos? Or do I have to set it to "Sync Music" and then uncheck music, and check voice memos? By remove from library, you mean the iTunes library and the phone? If I don't remove from the iTunes library, the recordings would be synced back onto the phone next time I sync?
