How to transfter MYWI license ?

i have mywi on my iphone 4 , i will be giving that phone away to a friend... but want to transfer mywi license to my new iphone 4 .. the problem is i don't remember what email address i used to buy mywi and cant seems to find it on my iphone 4 (the one i will be going away) ... is there a way to find out what email i used? where do i find it .... how to transfer license ?

Did you buy it from the cydia store?
If yes you connect with either your google or Facebook login to acess your account and redownload your paid apps again to a different device.
