I received a Machine Check on a 2016 Touchbar Macbook Pro using Sierra MacOS 10.12.3. I'm not doing a TM bckup or any high volume data procedures, but do have a USB drive attached using the Apple USBA to C adapter.

What parameters in the following MCA Error Report would help diagnose this error?

Thanks,

Those are usually hardware errors. You most likely either have a bad CPU, one or more bad RAM chips, or something else bad on the logic board.

It's under warranty, so you should get it looked at, or return it for exchange if it's still within the two week return window.
