I have a few videos on my iPhone 4S (saved on my Camera Roll) that I would like to turn into music files so I can put them into iTunes and listen to them like they are music files whether it'd be on my MacBook or iPhone. Basically I am wondering how do I turn videos into music so I can 'listen' to them rather than 'watching' them.

I own a MacBook Pro with the latest software currently available.

iTunes will convert a video file (that is playable in iTunes) to audio.

in iTunes Preferences > General > Import Settings, select the audio format you want to export from the video.

Select the video, click File > Create New Version, then hold the Option key while you click "Convert to ___ " [AAC, MP3, whatever format you selected in preferences].

Thanks! Now I can free up some space on my phone (had a lot of videos). Lol
