How to turn my Mac into AirPlay speakers?

My speaker system is connected to my Mac.
I would like to stream music from my iPad and iPhone to these speakers without having to purchase an Airport Express.
(No I can't use the Remote app, because I'd also like to stream sound from other apps)

So ... Is there any way to turn my Mac into airplay speakers?
