as topic, anyone figured out yet? really need to disable it. can't find it in cydia yet. maybe manual plist editing?
 
after googling around, found it on the site below, it works :D

steps:

1. open Cydia
2. Select More Package Sources
3. select iPhone-notes de and install
4. search asKB and install
5. no longer has auto correction but option in Settings General K/b doesn't have on/off switch like in 1.1.x
