I hooked up 8 Mac Minis running 10.5 to active directory domain. I am able to authenticate through active directory and I added four network printers. When I login with an account that is in AD and try to print, OS X requires me to authenticate the print job. The servers in the domain are all 2k3 machines.

How can I turn that off?

Exactly the same problem here.
Have you found a solution yet?

I believe it's a CUPS/Kerberos problem...
