How to turn off Shuffle in iTunes Library

iTunes on my iMac insists on shuffling one of my Smart Playlists even though it clearly shows that Shuffle is "off". Not only that, but it plays the same dozen or so songs over and over. There are 600 songs in the Playlist but I can't get it to just start at the top and move through each song. Anyone know what the problem might be and how I can fix it?
