iOS How to turn on/off call forwarding programmaticaly?

Hi!
I want my app to turn call forwarding on and off and to edit a phone number to which all calls would be forwarded.
Is there a way to implement it? App is for appStore so no jailbroken hacks allowed. Only iPhoneSDK.
