HI just updated my mac to big sur.

but i found a lot of apps can't access folders...

like amule, or like an app in wine.

I don't know what to search.. Im totally lost...

I understand there is something called gate keeper that preventing unsigned binary to run. but this big sur have another layer of protection that if an app need access to a folder it need to ask.

but some app just won't ask for permission. like a app in the wine. how can i give them permission ?

or something like amule even I manually give full disk access it still says can't access.

Sounds like you already know about Full Disk Access in System Preferences

Save from that there should just be the regular Unix permissions, and the system volume being mounted read only.

You can see the permissions on files and folders with:
ls -l <path>
Can change permissions with chmod and change ownership with chown. And not that I think of it you can also just use the Finder's Get Info panel
