How to undo a trimmed video on Iphone4

I was trimming a 14 minute long video so that i could email it easier and I accidentally saved it to the original video instead of saving it as a new clip....now i dont know how to get back my original 14 minute long video :/ This was a super important clip....any idea how I can undo it or is there somewhere in the iphone where the original video would still be????

I had a look online about this, But it looks like that you can not un-trim trimmed video clips!

Long shot but did you back it up in itunes if so you could restore from there?
