Well I used have Windows 7 in my Mac. But than while I was doing some updates I accidently turned on Time Machine and selected BOOT CAMP for backups. I erased the backup files with installation DVD but I can't unify Macintosh and Time Machine Backups discs. How can I do that?

I can't understand what you mean by "unify".. If you turned on time machine by mistake and set it to write to the bootcamp partition, then it will just start writing the backups there. It doesn't remove anything from the OSx partition, so what would you need to unify???
