i dont know all the files but you should be able to get all of them using appzapper or appdelete. look in:
/Applications
~/Library/QuickTime or /Library/QuickTime
~/Movies
~/Library/Preferences
~/Library/Application Support or /Library/Applications Support
/Applications
~/Library/QuickTime or /Library/QuickTime
~/Movies
~/Library/Preferences
~/Library/Application Support or /Library/Applications Support
