How to uninstall Folx 3 plug-in from Safari but not from Chrome?

I only want to use it with Chrome but it want to manage download in Safari for me too. I think I could uninstall this plug-in easily like uninstalling an Extension but no, there's no uninstall option in Safari Preference.
I went to /Library/Internet Plug-ins/ and I saw it there but I fear if I delete it, I'll delete it from Chrome too.

Is there anyway to delete it only from Safari?
