How to uninstall mlb-nexdef-autobahn

I am receiving mlb-nexdef-autobahn pop-ups and I've read here and other forums how to uninstall but the posts are much older and the folders referenced are not on my system. I'm running High Sierra. Any new information for how to remove this?

Try running Etrecheck. That will create an anonymized report showing where all launch items are running from. If you can't figure it out yourself from that report, just post the report here and we can try and help you.
