I am brand new to the mac, I just got a Macbook. I have a trial version of Quark Xpress I just installed and I see it installing tons of stuff, seemingly all over the place. I will most likely get rid of this after playing with it for a while. My question is how do I uninstall it and get rid of all this stuff it seems to have flung everywhere. I have been told there is no add/remove like with the PC. If I drag the app icon to the trash is that going to drag all the stuff it installed as well or am I going to be stuck with this leftover garbage taking up space on my HD forever?

Thanks

Do these programs search and find all the stuff or do they have to be install before you install the app. you intend to uninstall or do they make a install log so they can find everything?

Thanks

for appdelete, you install it for free then you drag the application you want to delete onto its icon and it deletes all files associated with it.
