i have the jailbroken ipad and i want to erase everything from the ipad using DFU mode to wipe out everything. i currently have 3.2.1 and i want to get 3.2.1 back. So do i need to download 3.2.1 from somewhere and load it to ipad? Can someone tell me step by step how to do it?

Thanks

Hmm, well if you have no interest in jailbreaking again you might as well just do a normal iTunes restore to 3.2.2. In fact, you'll be more secure that way.

I might jailbreak it later on if I change my mind again so I just don't want to put 3.2.2 yet....

All I want to do is clean the trace of jailbreak files and put back 3.2.1

Apologies for resurrecting such an ancient thread but can't you just use iTunes to wipe it and restore the firmware (if you were trying to nuke your Jailbreak and all your files and start from scratch)? That would be the easiest way, no?
