How to unlock a Mac LC II file

Hello,

I have been doing some search in the net and I would like to confirm with you if this is the way to unlock a Mac LC II file. The information I got is for Power Mac and more recent Macs, I just wanted to be sure.

chflags nouchg ~/Desktop/test.txt

this would unlock the file
