I have a MacBook Air; one MacBook Air. For some reason when I call Apple Support on the telephone, the "computer-person" on the other end of the phone says "I see you have two MacBook Airs. Which one is it that you are calling about?" I have asked the "real person", when they come on the line, how to correct this, but so far have only gotten an "I don't know"l. What I have to do is either argue with the "computer-person" until a "real person" comes to the phone, or give them my serial number. While the latter is easiest, the whole matter galls me! Anyone have any idea how to correct one's Apple Profile?

Thank you! Interesting; signed in to Apple and checked my profile. Only one MacBook Air listed; the one I am on now. Think the "computer-person" must be drinking! (Lucky guy!)

Well, it was a nice try. Had to call Apple Support again, and the "computer-person" that answers still thinks I have two MacBook Airs, despite having a correct profile.
