How to update Facetime on Lion to 1.0.2?

I'm having issue with my Facetime app 1.0.1 that came with Lion it won't let me log in (HAVE TRIED 5 ACCOUNTS). However, Facetime app on the mac store is on 1.0.2 but when I check update on the mac store there is no update whatsoever for my current Facetime app! Am I missing something here? Why can I update that app from the mac store or thru software update?

i have lion 1.7.3 build 11D50 and my FaceTime is 1.1.1 and the one on the app store in 1.0.2 so the one one my mac is newer than the app store. double check your version to see if its 1.1.1 and not 1.0.1

I just checked and it doenst have the full screen mode so im guessing its the old one.
