I've saved an Xcel file to my hard drive and then to an external drive. The file doesn't show up on the external drive in my finder, though. I've gone to resave the file and the save dialog tells me the file is there. It seems that the finder doesn't update when a file is added.
I've closed and reopened the finder with no change. Do I have to close the file in Xcel before the file will show up in the finder?
