iPad How to update jailbroken iPad2 from iOS 5.0.1 to 5.1.1?

Hey everybody How can I update my jailbroken iPad 2 from iOS 5.0.1 to 5.1.1, preferably while keeping it jailbroken? Or at least have it unjailbroken and then rejailbroken with all my current hacks? Does SHSH blobs have something to do with it? If they do, please help me, I'm a total n00b when it comes to SHSH blobs. Thanks a heap

Use xbackup or pkgbackup to backup you cydia tweaks.
Backup ipad in itunes

Restore to 5.1.1
jailbreak with absinthe 2.02
Restore backup from itunes
Restore cydia packages

Yup. Listen to this man.

And SHSH blobs have nothing to do with backing up your tweaks. You should still save them in case you wanna go back to your previous firmware for w/e reason.

No, have to wait for the new redsn0w and depends on full blobs for iPad2 from 4+ onwards

since apple isn't signing the 5.1.1 update, if we don't have blobs for 4.x, we can't go laterally from jailbroken 5.0.1 to 5.1.1?

I believe you can providing that you have restored your iPad after purchasing it otherwise you will hit an APTicket error during a restore via redsn0w!

I wonder if it's easier to just upgrade to ios 6 from jailbroken 5.0.1, then use redsnow to downgrade to 5.1.1, then re-jailbreak? Anyone know? And would this guide work?
