How to update jailbroken iphone 4.2.1 to 4.3

Hi,

I have a jailbroken iphone 4 with 4.2.1 and now I want to update to the new iOS but I dont want to loose any of my stuff, is there an easy way to update without loosing anything?

You can save your cydia apps with i.e. AptBackup and your AppStore apps with iTunes (also your Music, Photos...).
