How to upload highest quality photo from iPhone SE 2020

I am trying to upload a photo to this site to print it.

As I want to make an 11 by 14 print I want to upload the original 5.7 meg file but all I can seem to upload is a compressed 700K file.

In Photos I select maximum size but that doesn’t help.

Any suggestions please?
