So now i've gotten used to using multiple desktops/spaces in Mission Control.

And, while Control - Left and Right Arrow is nice for switching, I'd really like to use the scroll wheel buttons on my mouse. The mouse has a scroll wheel that also clicks/tilts left and right, and I suppose those should be treated as separate mouse buttons.

My mouse (A Dell BT mouse) is detected by Lion as a generic mouse, as the mouse panel just has basic settings.

Anyone have any idea how to make use of the wheel tllt/click buttons on my mouse in Lion? I figure if I could get Lion to know they are there, I can assign the keyboard equivalents to them, as I didn't see in Mission Control a way to add another way to switch desktops.

BTW, the side button on my mouse does act as mouse button 3, which works to bring me to the MC center and show all my desktops.

Thanks!
