Is there a way to get notifications on my Apple watch Series 1 when I get a new email in Apple Mail? I have all notifications turned on for both my iPhone X and Apple Watch S1. Although I am not using an iCloud email address, I am using a POP account though my local broadband provider. Would that matter? I just think it would be nice to get a notification on my watch when I get a new email so I don't have to get out my phone and open up the mail app to check it. What's weird is, I don't even get notifications on my lock screen for new emails. As soon as I open up the Mail App, the notifications start dropping on my iPhone only, but by then, what's the point? Does background App refresh need to be turned on? Thanks for any help!
