No, you can't. You will have to get an iMac to use dual displays, if you get a 23" display you wont need 2 anyway...
I have to agree... best get one big display rather than two smaller ones (assuming you were going to have smaller ones). I use a Mac mini with a 23" ACD and it's simply stunning and, quite possibly, insanely great.

There are very limited options that consist either of devices that somehow split a single signal into two smaller resolution signals for two monitors, or function as a USB-based video card...otherwise, no.

i see, thanks :) i thought there is some adapter or something to allow dual monitor, but yeah, you guys right, it's better to get the big screen, thx :)

You can buy a matrox dual head 2 go. It will give you 2 screens at 1280x1024 each.... Google dualhead2go

By using the usb to dvi adapter, wont the second display be pretty bad becasue the "adapter" doesnt have any video memory. Will the 2nd monitor still be able to hand youtube videos, photoshop, editing etc? Sorry, but I have no experience so Im sorry if i sound like a complete noob.

i just bought a EVGA UV16 USB device to drive a 2nd monitor for my mac mini. havent had time to test it yet though. it's gotten decent reviews
