How to use File Browser Pro to copy all photos, videos and screenshots to an external drive?

Hello, my iPhone is full. I cannot even update the iOS. Need to move all photos, videos and screenshots to an external SSD drive. In case of using File Browser Pro, which folder(s) should I copy to the external drive without missing anything? There are many listed in the FB Pro app.

In case of copying to a Mac, what is the best way these days? I am using iOS 26.0.1 and I don't upload photos to iCloud.
