How to use internal speakers without disconnecting headphones

I normally use my sound system connected to the computer, but sometimes I want to use the internal speakers without having to disconnect the headphones cable.
I know I could have some kind of dj hardware that could do this job, but I'm trying to find an easier and cheaper way of doing it.

Hi, i am tired of pulling out the connection to swap from external speakers to earphones (headset) is there any type of splitter that can be plugged in to the comp jack permanently and I can switch from headset to speakers ? thnx

Search for an 3.5mm audio A/B switch.
