How to use iPhone 4s camera?

I got my iPhone 4s and wanted to know how to use it? Fastest way to launch the camera? How to use AF and white balance lock? Howto focus duing shooting video or does it AF automatically while in video mode?

I mean if I have an object close to me and I point the camera it will focus and the when I point to a further object will it automatically focus the the television object?

U launch the cam at the lock screen by double pressing the home button and pressing on the on camera icon. U lock AE/AF by putting your finger on the object on the screen and holding it.

Focusing is as simple as touching a point on the screen. To lock the focus, just hold your finger on a point to lock it there.

What about focus in video mode? Auto or manual?
