how to use iTunes credit to make purchases online

i would like to know how (if possible) to use my iTunes credit to make a purchase on the apple.com site. i want to buy an accessory and wanted to know if i could charge it to my iTunes account (seeing how i log in and make the purchase on the very same account). the money all goes to the same company, so not like it should make a difference.

anyways, if anyone knows how this can be done, please share

Agreed. iTunes credit is only for Apps, movies, books, songs, tv shows.
