How to use itunes file sharing

Just download an APP （icashbook：http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/icashbook/id489729475?mt=8）

click the button of "backup data" on its setting interface successfully. But i don't know how to export the data to my pc now? who can do me a hand on this? appreciate in advance~~~:cool::cool::cool:
