I'm at work so I only have RCA's
What's work got to do with what inputs your TV has..?
Is your TV a Hi-Def one? Does it have HDMI inputs and/or a VGA input? If you aren't sure, Google your TV model and check the manual.
If you don't have HDMI or DVI, then you'll need to read the post by RJS.No, not Hi-Def as this wouldn't make a difference as because I just told you that I only have RCA inputs.

If it is RCA only, then you'll probably need a Mini DisplayPort to VGA, then a VGA to RCA video, with a separate miniplug to RCA for the audio.
Does Apple no longer sell the video adaptor that goes straight to RCA or S-Video? I had one for my "classic" MBP, but haven't bothered getting one for a unibody yet.
