I'm at work so I only have RCA's

What's work got to do with what inputs your TV has..?

Is your TV a Hi-Def one? Does it have HDMI inputs and/or a VGA input? If you aren't sure, Google your TV model and check the manual.

If it is RCA only, then you'll probably need a Mini DisplayPort to VGA, then a VGA to RCA video, with a separate miniplug to RCA for the audio.

No, not Hi-Def as this wouldn't make a difference as because I just told you that I only have RCA inputs.

Does Apple no longer sell the video adaptor that goes straight to RCA or S-Video? I had one for my "classic" MBP, but haven't bothered getting one for a unibody yet.

Nope, the MiniDisplayPort cannot output a "TV" signal.

You have to go to VGA, then to RCA...and that should work.
