How to use PayPal for Apple TV+ and account?

Apple TV 4K is the only Apple device I have. I want to use PayPal as payment method for Apple TV+ subscription, PayPal as default payment method in my Apple account in general, and PayPal as the only payment method in my Apple account. I can't figure out how to add PayPal to any of those. Would I need an another Apple device to make that happen?

Sign into your account on the Apple website and you can add PayPal as a payment option.

I can't find option to add payment method when using Firefox or Chrome. Online guides say that Apple device must be used to add PayPal as payment option.

Another way, possibly: does PayPal still offer virtual credit card numbers? I used those a bit back some (ok a lot of) years ago and it was a nice workaround for sites where PayPal wasn't accepted.

I don't recall seeing a PayPal for virtual credit card #s and I've been using a Canadian PayPal account for many years. My USA PayPal account is about 4 years old and I don't see it there either.

That was a handy feature, it was called PayPal Key (at least in its most recent iteration) and it has recently been discontinued.

Last time I checked, PayPal was still available under “Payment & Shipping” in the Apple ID area. Try signing into your iCloud account. You should have one, even if you don’t actively use it.
