How to use Pcastaction for .mov compression

Hello all,

I need to compress some rather large raw HD .mov files from around 60 gigs down to under a gig. Is there a way to do that using pcastaction as well as making it automated in a script, where it will compress an entire folder worth of videos one after the other until complete?
