Without an internet connection to the machine you won’t be able to access it remotely. If you have a spare iPhone you could have that as your WiFi connection and leave that at hone connected to your computer.

The website says login from anywhere in the world.

if I’m not in same WiFi network but have internet on my iPhone why wouldn’t I be able to log in to my computer that is on WiFi.

It sounds like you will probably want to ask them that question.

I think it’s more of me not knowing how my router vpn works. I think it’s blocking me from incoming connections.

someone who uses screens may be able to help

You will need to setup port forwarding on your router to tell it how to process an incoming connection. This will depend on the type of router you are using. Do a internet search for the information.
