How to use Scroll Lock with Mac keyboard?

I have a Mac keyboard. How do I map one of the buttons such as F16 to become Scroll Lock (on Windows XP)?

I tried using SharpKeys, but it didn't seem to work.

One of the reasons I want to have Scroll Lock is because my KVM needs to hit Scroll Lock twice to switch between PC and Mac.
