How to use speakerphone on new ui calling

Is there a quick way to answer a phone all with the new ui to answer with speakerphone or do you need to answer the phone and swipe down and then select speakerphone?
 
Wouldn't it work the way it does currently -- answer the call and then select speakerphone from the in-call options on the screen?
