How to use ted

I just saw the program ted on a website, so I went to try it out. And I downloaded uTorrent, like it says you need and the flash that it says you need. But I dont understand how to use it. Does ted run though uTorrent? How do you "start" the program?

Also does this run on vista, cause thats what I'm running and I cant see anything that says what it is compatable with.

Nevermind, I used the zip file and it worked perfectly.
